Alina is a resident physician in anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She graduated from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2022. She enjoys poetry and drinking chai in her free time.
The years that residents and fellows spend in training represent experiences that are vast and wholly unique — the seemingly insurmountable learning curves that level with time, the exhilaration of serving patients and their families well, the frustrations of exhaustion and loss — we at in-House are so grateful for the opportunity to share all these experiences with our readers.
